What we collect
The estimate form is provided by Spruce and asks for details about you and the property (such as name, contact details, address and property information). We use that to prepare an estimate and follow up about a visit.
Why we can do this
- Steps at your request towards a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) — you asked us to get in touch about a survey.
- Legitimate interests in running the business (Article 6(1)(f)) — keeping the enquiry so we can reply and, if we work together, do the job.
Calls and marketing
We call you because you asked for a callback. That is solicited. We do not add you to a marketing list or send marketing email unless you ask.
Who else sees it
Netlify hosts the site. Their servers may log your IP when you load a page. Spruce powers the estimate form and stores the enquiry so we can follow up. Ideal Postcodes may still be used for address lookup where shown. Any of them may store data outside the UK. We use them only to run the site and handle your enquiry.
We do not sell your data. This build has no advertising cookies, no pixels and no analytics.
How long we keep it
Unused enquiries are deleted within 12 months. If we quote or install, we keep what we need for the job and for legal records.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of data we hold. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
